CAMPOS POLANCO REGULATIONS

 

 
 

The RESIDENT, their GUESTS, and/or service providers engaged by the RESIDENT (collectively, the USERS) agree to comply with the following regulations of the BUILDING located at Campos Elíseos 361, Colonia Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo Borough:

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT / LATE CHECK-OUT
• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the start date of the service, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the end date of the service. If CAMPOS POLANCO authorizes a late check-out after 11:00 AM and up to 3:00 PM, a charge of US$50 (fifty U.S. dollars) plus applicable taxes will apply. If check-out is authorized between 3:01 PM and 6:00 PM, a charge equal to 50% of the applicable daily rate plus taxes will apply. After 6:00 PM, an additional full day of lodging plus taxes will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS
• If the RESIDENT wishes to cancel or terminate the service prior to the start date, the RESIDENT must provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled arrival date by email or at reception. In such cases, no penalty will apply. Otherwise, a penalty equal to one night of lodging plus taxes will be charged. Once the stay has commenced, if the RESIDENT cancels or terminates the stay before the end of the agreed term, an additional charge equal to one night of lodging plus taxes will apply.

GUARANTEES
• The RESIDENT provides the credit card listed on the REGISTRATION FORM as a guarantee for the fulfillment of their obligations and for any potential damage to the RESIDENCE, including furniture and accessories located within it.

SMOKE-FREE SPACE
• CAMPOS POLANCO is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the RESIDENCES or anywhere within the BUILDING. This restriction applies to all forms of smoking, including electronic cigarettes (vapes), cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and similar products. In the event of noncompliance, the RESIDENT will be charged US$250 (two hundred fifty U.S. dollars) plus applicable taxes for cleaning for each affected area. This charge also applies if caused by GUESTS or service providers engaged by the RESIDENT.

COMMON AREAS
• The RESIDENT may access and enjoy THE LOUNGE, THE PATIO, THE LIBRARY, THE STUDY, THE LIVING ROOM, and THE ROOFTOP (collectively, the COMMON AREAS) between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, unless a private event is taking place, in which case access may be temporarily restricted.
• Subject to availability, the RESIDENT may use the COMMON AREAS on a non-exclusive basis for their intended purpose (unless reserved for a private event). Under no circumstances may the RESIDENT prevent other RESIDENTS from using these spaces. If exclusive use of the COMMON AREAS is desired, they must be reserved separately.
• When the COMMON AREAS are reserved for private and exclusive use, a 30 (thirty) minute grace period is granted after the scheduled end time for USERS to vacate the space.

ACCESS
• All USERS entering the BUILDING must be registered. Entry will not be permitted to unregistered persons or guests, even if accompanied by the RESIDENT.
• The maximum occupancy per RESIDENCE is two people. Additional RESIDENTS may be accommodated for an additional cost of US$75 (seventy-five U.S. dollars) plus applicable taxes per person. Additional beds may be provided subject to availability and the capacity of each RESIDENCE.

PARKING
• CAMPOS POLANCO offers a limited number of parking spaces exclusively for RESIDENT(S). Subject to availability, the daily fee is US$75 (seventy-five U.S. dollars) plus applicable taxes. The RESIDENT releases CAMPOS POLANCO from any liability for damage or loss related to the use of the parking area.
• CAMPOS POLANCO does not provide parking or valet services for guests of the RESIDENT. The RESIDENT must arrange such services independently and at their own cost, releasing CAMPOS POLANCO from any responsibility for damages or issues caused by such providers.

CLEANING
• The RESIDENT must allow staff access to perform cleaning of the RESIDENCE in accordance with CAMPOS POLANCO standards, unless the RESIDENT expressly declines the service. If the RESIDENT requests deep cleaning of the RESIDENCE, or if deep cleaning becomes necessary due to conditions attributable to the RESIDENT or their GUESTS, the RESIDENT will be charged US$75 (seventy-five U.S. dollars) plus applicable taxes for each occurrence.

PETS
• Petsare permitted for an additional fee of US$75 (seventy-five U.S. dollars) plus applicable taxes per animal. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per RESIDENCE. Pets must remain on a leash at all times when outside the RESIDENCE. The RESIDENT is responsible for the behavior of their pet(s) and for any damage they may cause. If complaints arise from other RESIDENTS regarding a pet, CAMPOS POLANCO reserves the right to request that the RESIDENT relocate the pet off the property. During cleaning of the RESIDENCE, pets must remain inside a cage or carrier. The RESIDENT is responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of their pet’s waste at all times.

LOST ITEMS
• USERS release CAMPOS POLANCO from any responsibility for belongings brought into the RESIDENCE, even if such items have been reported to CAMPOS POLANCO or placed in the safe. CAMPOS POLANCO assumes no responsibility for the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.

NOISE
• Noise exceeding 65 decibels is not permitted within the BUILDING. Sound produced by USERS must not extend into hallways or other RESIDENCES. CAMPOS POLANCO reserves the right to determine appropriate volume levels for audiovisual equipment used within the BUILDING or COMMON AREAS.

SOCIAL MEDIA
• If USERS share photographs or videos on social media and/or tag CAMPOS POLANCO, CAMPOS POLANCO is deemed authorized to use such material for marketing, advertising, or social media purposes, even if individuals appear in the images. The signed REGISTRATION FORM constitutes the corresponding authorization.

PACKAGES
• The RESIDENT must notify CAMPOS POLANCO in writing of any package or delivery sent to the RESIDENT and/or the RESIDENCE, indicating the estimated arrival date. The RESIDENT is responsible for ensuring that all shipments clearly include the address of CAMPOS POLANCO. CAMPOS POLANCO assumes no responsibility for damage to packages or for their storage.

PROHIBITIONS FOR USERS
• USERS may not obstruct or use hallways, stairways, or other passage areas in the BUILDING except for transit, nor engage in conduct that disturbs the safety or tranquility of other RESIDENTS or the stability, safety, cleanliness, or comfort of the RESIDENCE(S), COMMON AREAS, or the BUILDING.
• USERS may not possess or bring dangerous, corrosive, harmful, or flammable substances into the RESIDENCE(S), COMMON AREAS, or the BUILDING, nor carry out illegal activities or introduce, consume, or sell illegal substances within the RESIDENCE(S), COMMON AREAS, or the BUILDING. If USERS damage the RESIDENCE(S), COMMON AREAS, or the BUILDING, or if their actions result in closures or fines, they must hold CAMPOS POLANCO and the BUILDING harmless and pay any resulting penalties or costs.
• USERS must refrain from using offensive language or engaging in discriminatory behavior or conduct contrary to accepted standards of decency and respectful conduct.
• USERS are prohibited from altering or damaging the RESIDENCE(S), COMMON AREAS, and/or the furniture located within them. USERS acknowledge and accept that they may not use nails, tacks, Velcro strips, pushpins, staples, glue (spray or otherwise), or any other permanent adhesive on walls, ceilings, or floors. Temporary adhesive sheets or tape are the only permitted items for use on surfaces. USERS must consult with and obtain authorization from CAMPOS POLANCO before altering or modifying spaces within the RESIDENCE(S), COMMON AREAS, or the BUILDING.
• Access, possession, or use of any type of weapon is strictly prohibited.

HEALTH MEASURES
• USERS agree to comply with health protocols and measures established by the Federal Government or Mexico City authorities in the event of a public health contingency, as well as the safety measures implemented within the BUILDING.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• The trademarks, logos, and designs located within the RESIDENCE(S) or the BUILDING are the property of CAMPOS POLANCO or of the parties who have granted licenses for their use. The RESIDENT may not copy, duplicate, claim ownership of, modify, or alter them in any way and will be liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

FORCE MAJEURE
• CAMPOS POLANCO will not be responsible for events of force majeure, including government regulations, natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbances, or other emergencies. In such cases, the RESIDENT will be notified. If such an event lasts more than three months or makes this CONTRACT illegal or substantially impossible to perform, it will be terminated without liability, and any advance payments made by the RESIDENT will be refunded, if applicable.
