CAMPOS POLANCO informs that the information provided by our residents and suppliers (“THE HOLDER”), in their capacity as holders of personal data ("THE DATA") is protected in accordance with and as prescribed in the Federal Personal Data Protection in Possession of Individuals Law (“THE LAW”) and its Regulations (“THE REGULATIONS”), for which it guarantees the confidentiality of THE DATA under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, protecting them, with administrative, technical and physical security measures, to prevent their damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure.

 

THE DATA that we require from residents (persons or tenants who lease some property from CAMPOS POLANCO) are: full name, address, identification, Federal Taxpayer Registry ("RFC", for its initials in Spanish), telephone, e-mail, contact in case of emergency, bank card details (card number and bank), in order to comply with the existing contractual relationship with them and carry out surveys on the lease.

 

THE DATA that we require from suppliers (people who provide services or supply products to CAMPOS POLANCO) are: name, telephone number, address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC, for its initials in Spanish), e-mail, contact name(s) and bank details (account, CLABE number and bank), in order to comply with the existing contractual relationship with them.

 

By providing THE DATA, THE DATA CONTROLLLER consents to CAMPOS POLANCO safeguarding THE DATA during the term of the contractual relationship or until it expresses in writing its refusal to process its personal data at least 5 (five) business days in advance of the required date, and provided that there are no obligations to fulfill between the parties, being enough for this a freely-drafted written communication sent to the e-mail: residentservices@campospolanco.com, with acknowledgment of receipt from CAMPOS POLANCO.  The refusal to use, process and transfer your personal data for the purposes referred to in this Privacy Notice may generate an impossibility to comply with contractual obligations.  Additionally, CAMPOS POLANCO may use THE DATA for specific marketing and advertising purposes.  In the event that THE DATA CONTROLLLER does not agree that their data be used for said purposes, they have a period of 5 (five) business days to object in writing.

 

We inform you that based on article 37 of THE LAW, CAMPOS POLANCO will not transfer THE DATA, except in the following cases:

 

1.     In the case of residents: when delivering or receiving the leased property, it will be transmitted to the personnel that assists them for said purposes, for which they are aware and know that they will comply with this Privacy Notice, THE LAW and THE REGULATIONS, therefore, THE HOLDER consents to said transfer from the moment in which it provides its data to CAMPOS POLANCO.  If you do not consent, you have a period of 5 (five) business days following the date on which you provide THE DATA to object, by means of a free letter sent to the e-mail: residentservices@campospolanco.com, under the understanding that doing so may lead to the impossibility to comply with the contractual relationship.

 

2.     That there is any legal provision or act of authority that requires it.  In the latter case, THE HOLDER will be informed through the contact information that CAMPOS POLANCO has so that, if applicable, it may exercise its rights before said authority.

 

THE HOLDER may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition ("ARCO Rights") to the treatment of THE DATA, complying with the following:

 

a)     By written request, signed in their own right or through a representative.  In the event that it appears by representative, it must show a simple power of attorney signed before two witnesses, attaching a copy of the official identification of THE HOLDER, the representative and the witnesses.

b)     It must indicate the reasons and documents or evidence that motivate its request.

c)     It must indicate an e-mail address to receive notifications related to its request for ARCO Rights.

d)     Said request and the aforementioned requirements must be addressed to CAMPOS POLANCO and sent via e-mail to residentservices@campospolanco.com.

e)     Once the request has been sent, THE HOLDER must confirm its receipt with CAMPOS POLANCO at the telephone number +52(55)5281-3217.

 

Once all the above is done, CAMPOS POLANCO will have a term of 20 (twenty) business days to give an answer by e-mail regarding the admissibility or inadmissibility of the same.  If the request is approved, CAMPOS POLANCO will have 15 (fifteen) business days to grant the request.  In the event that the request or documents are not clear or insufficient, CAMPOS POLANCO will notify THE HOLDER so that it can correct it within 10 (ten) business days.

 

If there is any modification to this Privacy Notice, CAMPOS POLANCO will notify you at www.campospolanco.com.

 

In order for THE HOLDER to be able to limit the use and disclosure of his/her personal information, he/she must request CAMPOS POLANCO that his/her personal data not be processed for marketing or advertising purposes.  To do this, just call the telephone number +52(55)5281-3217 or send an e-mail to residentservices@campospolanco.com.

 

CAMPOS POLANCO informs that during the visits or accesses of the persons (hereinafter "THE USERS") to the web site www.campospolanco.com (hereinafter "THE PORTAL") cookies may be used.  Cookies are a small file that is stored on the hard drive of THE USERS' computer and that contains particular characteristics of THE USERS, as well as information on the use that they give to THE PORTAL.  Once authorized, it allows the USERS to be reminded that they are visiting or browsing THE PORTAL.  The cookies that may be used on THE PORTAL sites are only associated with the browser of a specific computer (an anonymous user), and do not provide the name and surname of THE USERS.  Thanks to cookies, it is possible for USERS' browsers to be recognized after they have registered for the first time without them having to register on each visit to access the areas and services reserved exclusively for them.  The cookies used cannot read cookie files created by other providers.  THE USERS have the possibility of configuring their browser to be notified on the screen of the reception of cookies and to prevent the installation of cookies on their hard drive.  THE USERS should consult the instructions and manuals of their browser to expand this information.  To use THE PORTAL, it is not necessary for USERS to allow the installation of the cookies sent, notwithstanding that in such a case it will be necessary for USERS to register each time they access an area of THE PORTAL that requires prior registration.

 

The cookies that are used on the sites of THE PORTAL may be operated by CAMPOS POLANCO or from the servers of third parties that provide such services (for example, the cookies that are used for advertising or certain content and that make THE USERS view advertising or certain content in the predetermined time, number of times and manner).  As long as they have not activated the option that prevents the installation of cookies on their hard drive, THE USERS will be able to explore their hard drive following the instructions and help manual of their operating system to learn more about each server from which cookies are sent.
