We have four types of rooms:

CAMPOS RESIDENCE — 140 m2 | 1,507 ft2. Views over Campos Elíseos

and Parque Lincoln. The most luxurious and spacious of all, it features a

fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a balcony with sliding

glass folding doors, a marble bar for four, a full bathroom with double

shower and freestanding tub, plus a half bath.

POLANCO SUITE — 44 m2 | 474 ft2. Views over Ariosto Street. A

dynamic space full of natural light, with work and relaxation areas, and a

magnificent bathroom with double shower and tub.

PARK TERRACE — 30 m2 | 323 ft2 + 31 m2 | 324 ft2 of terrace. Views

over the inner courtyard. An urban oasis with a spacious terrace and views

of the vertical garden and the magnificent central staircase. Includes a

desk and vanity area.

PARK STUDIO — 30 m2 | 323 ft2. Views over the inner courtyard. A

comfortable retreat for business travelers and adventurers, with charming

views of the vertical garden. Includes a desk and vanity area.

All rooms include: Daily breakfast, complimentary evening drink, King

bed, TV with Chromecast, Sonos speaker, Wi-Fi, bathroom with Bisazza

mosaic design, spacious closet, Nespresso machine and safe.

We have TWO-BEDROOM RESIDENCES AND CONNECTING ROOMS FOR

TRAVELING WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS:

ARIOSTO RESIDENCES

Two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom residence with a Social Space

and a fully equipped kitchen. Each one is made up of:

Polanco Suite + Park Studio / Park Terrace + Social Space

By combining two of our beautiful rooms with the corresponding Social

Space, we offer the comfort of our building's original two-bedroom

apartment. There is one Ariosto Residence per floor, each with its own

character depending on the Social Space you prefer: La Biblioteca, El

Estudio or La Sala. Ariosto Residences guarantee private use of their

Social Space.

CONNECTING ROOMS

Each connecting room is made up of:

Polanco Suite + Park Terrace / Park Studio

Designed for family travel and with your comfort and safety in mind, our

connecting rooms share a private vestibule. There is one connecting

room per floor and each experience is unique depending on the Social

Space that supports it. Use of these Social Spaces is not private and is

subject to availability.

Pack’n Play cots for babies may be requested by contacting guestservices@campospolanco.com.

We can arrange for one extra bed in the Polanco Suite, two extra beds in the Campos Residence , and in the Ariosto Residence, up to 3 lay-away beds can be added. Contact guestservices@campospolanco.com for availability.

We don´t have ADA rooms per-sé, but we have ramps and elevator that aide with accessibility in all our areas. We also provide a handicap shower chair when needed. Our Polanco Suites and Campos Residences are spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs.

When the rate is refundable, the GUEST may cancel or terminate the AGREEMENT provided that the GUEST gives notice of the cancellation or termination to CAMPOS POLANCO by email to guestservices@campospolanco.com and according to the notice period the following shall apply:

o     If notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the start date of the SERVICE, no penalty will be charged.

o     If notice is given less than 72 hours prior to the start date of the SERVICE, a penalty equivalent to the first night of accommodation plus taxes will be charged.

o     If the GUEST does not appear on the start date of the SERVICE, the first night of accommodation plus taxes will be charged, and the remainder of the reservation will be automatically canceled/terminated.

o     Once the SERVICE has started, and if the GUEST cancels or terminates their stay before the end of the original term, one additional night of accommodation plus taxes will be charged.

·        In the case of non-refundable rates, there will be no refunds for cancellations or modifications under any circumstances.

To modify or cancel a reservation made directly with Campos Polanco, please contact Guest Services. Reservations made through a third-party booking platform must be modified or canceled through the original booking provider and are subject to that provider’s policies.

Yes. All guests must provide official photo identification at registration, and a copy will be collected.

Minors under 18 years of age (children and adolescents) must register by validating their identity and relationship through an official document. The kinship or relationship of the accompanying adult will be recorded, and said adult will be registered as responsible, in accordance with applicable local law.

Yes. The minimum age to check in at Campos Polanco is 18 years old.
